14-Day Return Warranty
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and strict quality control. To ensure peace of mind, we offer a 14-Day Return Warranty. Defective items, including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunctions, rips, poor-quality materials, obvious color differences, or major discrepancies from the product photos, are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
I. Return Process
If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team at info@pawluxeelite-shop.com For a smooth and fast return process, follow these steps:
1. Provide Your Order Number: Describe the issue and include pictures that clearly show the problem.
2. Reply Time: Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.
3. Return Address: Please do not send items back to the address on your package. The correct return address will be provided by our customer service team. Only returns accepted by our customer service center are valid.
Once we verify that the item is defective, we will process a refund or exchange within 3 business days.
II. Return Policy
• You may return items within 14 days after delivery.
• The returned product must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with the label attached.
• We cover the following defects: stains, zipper malfunctions, rips or tears, poor-quality materials, obvious color differences, or major discrepancies between the product and the photos.
• Returns are not accepted for items with incorrect sizes due to personal choice.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
• No returns or exchanges on promotional or sale items.
III. Exchange & Refund
We process refunds for returned items as soon as we receive them. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges directly. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after returning the original one.
IV. Shipping Fees
PawluxeElite is not responsible for returns due to size issues, personal preferences, or dislike of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

VII. Additional Return & Exchange Information
• 14-Day Return: You have 14 days to return items in new condition.
• Non-Returnable Items: Flash sale products, special offers, and replicas are non-returnable.
• Item Condition: Returns must be unworn, unstained, and undamaged. Damaged items may result in a partial refund (up to 50% of the original price).
• Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without approval from our customer service will not be accepted.
• No C.O.D. Returns: Do not use C.O.D. service for returns. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customs Fees: Return packages should be sent through your local post office to avoid customs fees.
• No Signature Required: Please avoid adding signature services to return packages. If a package requires a signature, it may not reach us, delaying your refund.
• No Envelopes: Do not send letters or inquiries in envelopes. Use our ticket system or online chat for support.
VIII. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is refused or undeliverable, we offer free reshipping once the original order is returned.
IX. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking confirms delivery but you haven’t received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received. Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, it may be lost or destroyed by customs.
